Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lunuvila Resort Dickwella, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the check-in date.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged the full reservation amount. 

Refund Policy

  • Full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before check-in.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. 

Early Check-Out

No refunds will be provided for early departures after check-in.

Booking Modifications

  • Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate differences.

  • Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to modify your booking.
