At Lunuvila Resort Dickwella, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged the full reservation amount.
Refund Policy
Full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before check-in.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
Early Check-Out
No refunds will be provided for early departures after check-in.
Booking Modifications
Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate differences.
Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to modify your booking.
